Our sites
Built in stages. Starting with SY1.
SYNKO is bringing its own GPU data centre capacity online in Sydney, one site at a time — each engineered for dense, high-power AI workloads.

SY1
In delivery · Opening Q1 2027SY1 is an established data centre with a high-capacity power connection already in place. Rather than build from scratch, we’re upgrading it end to end — power, cooling, connectivity and security — so it’s ready for dense NVIDIA B300 clusters on a fast timeline.
Resilient power
Dual, fully segregated A and B power feeds, a new UPS system and four standby generators, with 3-phase power to every rack.
Upgraded cooling
New and upgraded cooling with contained cold aisles, glycol-treated chilled water, backup pumps and dedicated backup DX cooling units.
Carrier connectivity
Fibre over two diverse carrier paths, a meet-me room for cross-connects and a separate out-of-band management network.
Physical security
Biometric access, a mantrap, upgraded CCTV and intrusion monitoring, all tied into a new building management system.
GPU-ready data hall
New wide-format server racks, overhead structured cabling, and floor loading checked for heavy GPU racks.
24/7 operations
Run around the clock by our operations partner Amaze, with full commissioning and integrated systems testing before go-live.
